Terrible… they hire third-party contractors to install the doors and hardware… I bought doors and hardware from them some years back and I’m having a lot of problems… The guy I talk to recently just told me to go to Home Depot and replace them… They put non-removable pins in one of the doors and I was actually unable to get through the back door when the lockset failed shut… It is it is quite a mess. The guy that did my door through Hoelscher he’s no longer in business and Hoelscher has no interest in the install even though... read more
The worst management, especially with the president who run the company had been mistreated to employers for so long and no reason. He had terrible attitude and always take blamed or pointed to employers. Terrible terrible management and not worth to work for this company.
