The service was good and the Technician was able to fix one of the issues I had, but the phone charger in my Prologue is still not working even though the Service Rep said it was. I am a little disappointed. Thank you.
I had an excellent experience getting my Acura RDX repaired here. The service manager, Steve Sanchez was awesome. Everyone was very professional and competent. I only took off a star for their high prices, but that was something I traded off for their competence and professionalism.
Only place my whine could be positively identified and fixed.
Service Advisor Dan was argumentative with me and dismissive of my requests. Absolutely horrible experience and lots of wasted time as the car was in their possession for over 24 hours only to learn Dan had been hanging up on my partners and CHOSE to not service my car because emailing a picture was too much work AND THEN TELLS ME TO TAKE THE PICTURE MYSELF.
