After over 40 years of getting our Hondas serviced at Hoehn, we are taking our business to Coastal Foreign Auto in Encinitas. Hoehn kept my car for 2 days with no calls as to progress. They wiped off the black box record, so there's no record of the mechanical problem that I went in for. We needed to know if they did the software update, but multiple calls to the service rep, the head of service, and the general manager went unanswered. What was a good service department is now the worst.
Excellent, professional, friendly service. So happy I can continue to have my Acura serviced by a Hoehn dealership since they closed their Acura dealership in Carlsbad. Knowledgeable and trustworthy as always!
I have had my Honda Accord sport since 2014. All of my maintenance service is done at Hoen Honda in Carlsbad. I always had a great experience with the staff. Everyone is always courteous.
