I've gotten the phone answered approximately 15% of the time and zero callbacks after multiple voicemails. They constantly drop the ball and can't hold to promises made. You're much better using Wallenius through Savannah.
Company did not provide notice of arrival.. Furthermore, when I arrived at the port the company had not forwarded proof of payment to the shipyard, causing me hours of delays and port escort time. Once I arrived to the vehicle I realized they caused $8000 of damage to my vehicle roof by clipping a low overhang of some kind despite reserving an oversized spot. In response they offered $500. Terrible terrible terrible service in almost every way.
Everything that could be easily unbolted from my car was stolen while the car was still on the ship. It looks like the port in Michoacan, Mexico is where the theft occurred. I have an Apple airtag on one of the stolen items and its still pinging there today. It took months and an insurance claim to finally get a resolution because Hoegh deny everything.
