I would have given 0 stars if it was an option, but sadly not. This is by far the worst experience I have ever had with a dentist in 30 years, I was booked in via 111 and went to the dentist and was told I needed treatment that would cost £400+. I spoke to the owner/manager Dr Gill in his office, and we discussed various options due to not being able to pay the £400. One of the worst dentists I have been to, the hygienist has no care in the world, does not work with safety just goes rough just because your mouth is numb and you can’t feel anything. Other side of my mouth wasn’t numb and I felt a lot of pain she just kept digging into my gums. The communication is awful too. I still felt pain weeks after my filling and my jaw had been locked for weeks I couldn’t eat properly, I don’t know if they are licensed dentists here.
Dr Abdul Rahman is an amazing dental practitioner, I’m usually nervous when going for my routine check up however he’s made it very welcoming, as well very professional good standards. I’m incredibly pleased with how my check up went.
