The absolute most beautiful bouquet I have ever received. My husband surprised me with flowers while on a business trip and the were breathtaking. My only regret is I could not bring them home on the plane with me. The delivery person even called me as he was not comfortable that the hotel was taking them to my room. Amazing customer service
The customer service rep who answered the phone cost this business a sale or returning customer. The agent didn’t offer any condolences, she was offensive, and directed me to the website after I explained the dire situation. No empathy and terrible customer service skills. I called the Cool Springs location and the owner happened to answer. I explained to the owner, Bill, what had just happened. He was apologetic but he did not care at all. I would not use this florist or recommend it to anyone.
We live out-of-state, and called several Nashville area florists for a get-well bouquet -- on Valentine's Day -- after a family member had surgery that Friday morning. Understandably on their busiest day of the year, several other florists did not answer their phones, others could not deliver until Monday. The woman who answered at Hody's and Emma's was so courteous, professional, and accomodating. The gorgeous -- and reasonably priced -- bouquet was delivered the next morning. Bravo and thank you for coming through for us!
