Exceptional service.
I had my first appointment today for a cleaning, x rays and exam. Dr Son and my hygienist Amanda were both great! Super friendly, patient, kind and knowledgeable. I was surprised how much time Dr Son spent explaining my x rays and treatment plan. He was thorough and shows a genuine care for his patients. I normally hate going to the dentist so I’m happy I found a dentist who can make this a better experience for me 😊😊
This was by far the worst dental experience I’ve ever had. I had never experienced a dentist demanding full payment upfront before. They make you feel it’s all about money, and sadly, it is. Collecting in advance often leads to overpaying. I should have trusted my instincts and walked out when they used a close-up camera to convince me to replace fillings I believe were unnecessary.
