Supposedly a phenomenal company; was told they're the best in the area. They have cancelled on us TWICE now after months of waiting to get with them. There has been nothing offered to make it right other than push for an appointment at another later date. It's been going on for well over a month. Obviously they have bigger priorities.
I have been trying since April to get an estimate to add a dual jet ski lift to my existing dock. First, I waited three weeks for them to come look at the project and they did show up for the appointment on time on May 15th (only positive ). Since then, despite MULTIPLE calls practically begging for an estimate, as of today, July 13th, I still have not gotten a quote or any response to my messages other than "we are still working on the quote".
