Lived near this home hardware all my life and I can tell you this, cashiers have been super rude and nasty. I want to support the small store but no more. I walked in this morning said good morning to cashier she gave me a dirty look and turned away from me. This happens all the time the workers in the back are great and helpful but the old bags at the cash are brutal. I would assume the owner does not care because it has been like this for years. I will go out of my way to go to Canadian tire from now on.
Dude, 3 bloody times we went to this store for help first he gives me the wrong cartridge for my faucet saying this is definitely the size. It wasn’t second I needed a bolt to fit a nut explaining the size he hands me a different size saying that’s definitely the right one it was clear as day it wasn’t so i found the correct one myself. Third the wife needed a clamp for the pool hoses he hands her one which she says I don’t think this is the right one he insists that it was so she goes home and connects it. I just came from this location as I was sent from another Home Hardware store. The cashier I had was very rude and not friendly at all. At first I thought it was me until she was sparky with another customer as well.
