Wow, there are still honest people in the world. we moved into a new place and I was having a lot of trouble with my windows so I had someone from Hodges come out. Instead of trying to sell me a bunch of new windows he showed me what was wrong and helped me get them all working properly. In addition, he gave me tips on maintenance and showed me how they tilt in (a very odd release button, not typical of any other windows I have seen). If I ever do need them replaced I will definitely use Hodges. Wow!
We couldn't be happier with our new custom door! Although it's on the back of our house it was something we noticed every day. The old door was ill-fitting, hard to open, drafty, and looked terrible. Hodges came highly recommended by several neighbors, and they absolutely delivered. Travis, our sales consultant, measured the door and was able to show us design options during the consultation, which was incredibly helpful. Excellent customer service. Leo did a great job installing a replacement door lock I purchased. Hodges was not technically required to do it under warranty, yet they still did.

Great experience with Hodges Windows & Doors from start to finish. Scott did a fantastic job with the installation — everything went smoothly, he worked efficiently, and kept the space very clean. The new French patio door looks fantastic. Very pleased with the entire process! Highly recommend!
