Great overall experience with full-frame Marvin replacements on my dc rowhouse with Tom in sales and Wayne/Doug in installation. Hodges was super responsive when we found a small chip on one sash and got a replacement installed quickly. I wouldn’t hesitate to use them again for future projects.
I had an excellent experience with Hodges when replacing my front door several months ago. My sales consultant Tom was very helpful and patient even when I requested multiple quotes and had trouble decision on which product variation to go with. To top it off Hodges went above and beyond during installation when the ProVia doors delivered had a different trim than what was ordered. this process was painless, and nothing else about buying a new house is! we replaced poorly installed back patio doors with new french doors with screen doors on the outside. the in home visit was easy, the timeline was quick, and the installation was great. they even helped us repair some of the bungled prior job from other contractors. i would say we would recommend, but we've already done so to folks we know!
Had one simple, small window installed in my single family home. Typically a job that small would incur a high job-minimum cost, but they treated it like any other job and gave a competitive price. The type of window that was recommended and ordered ended up not being the best one for my circumstance, which was only discovered when they showed up to install it. Great small business with excellent customer service! We received wonderful advice selecting new doors that would complement our home and installation was timely and expertly done. We had a small hiccup in that an incorrect lock was installed, but Hodges was quick to address (responded that same evening to my email which was sent well after business hours!) and we couldn’t be happier with the end result. Highly recommend!
