I don't know if every review on here was paid for or is a friend or family of the company, but I certainly had a different experience dealing with them. I gave them one star because: The first time I called to make an appointment, I was put on hold four times. I had already explained who I was, my address, what I needed, and was told an estimate for the job. After the fourth time on hold, the same person got on the line and asked me, "Can I help you?" Great customer service fast, dropped off 6 windows to be repaired and they called me a few hours later to pick them up. They looked great! Reasonably priced too.
