The rudest customer service I ever encountered! I was calling to get a quote and explained to the Witch on the phone my needs as id seen Erie insurance listened on their website...… She said if you don't have a Hodges insurance policy or want a Hodges insurance policy I can't help you. Therefore I told her since she'd like to be rude I'll go elsewhere. People should leave their personal attitudes at home
