Tom put me a light fitting up. He was prompt and gave good communication. He just got on with the job. Very good price and workman
I found Hodges Electricals on Facebook and sent a message. Tom contacted me beforehand and we arranged a time. Tom turned up when he said he would, completed the job, explained what was wrong and sent me an invoice later that day. It's actually great to get an electrician to turn up and to complete the jobs that you asked them to. Hodges Electricals are now in my contacts list and will be the first person we contact if we need an electrician.
As a remote landlord I was very dependent on securing a local reliable property services company to fix issues in a rented flat. Yes, I & my tenant found Tom to be a gentleman initially but a couple of things failed badly. Firstly he replaced a white radiator in the master bedroom with a black one..everything in the flat is white or light grey. More importantly he replaced an extractor fan in the ensuite & ducting to the exterior. The fan is totally unsuitable, not strong enough to push through the vapour, which has condense... read more
