I had an amazing experience with Classic Collision from start to finish, their communication was outstanding. They consistently kept me updated on what had been completed and clearly explained the next steps in the process, which gave me so much peace of mind. Great customer service. Was having problems with a car wash taking their time to pay and Hector helped get them to pay quicker. Definitely would go back if I need to.
Highly recommend taking your vehicle elsewhere. 28 days to get our vehicle back from a fender bender. Wasted my time on 4 occasions just to reject the vehicle. There was obvious paint runs that should have been caught by some sort of QC. After losing my patience, I requested that my vehicle be left outside for pickup - despite them being incapable of fixing the issue.
