Staff is not very friendly. They are insufficient and do not pay attention to details or paperwork that is attached to a file. Wasted time delivering paperwork they already had but said they did not. I will never step in this place again and would not recommend them to anyone.
Dr. Hodges is the best. Takes time to listen and helps solving problems. Special person in my book
Charles has been amazing to my family. He has helped us through some traumatic times and 100% welcomed my children with open arms. He has squeezed us in and helped work around my schedule. I highly recommend Charles and all of the staff at the Petersburg location.
Money is the only thing they care about here, not you mental well being. Finally able to get my child to his appointment only to be turned away because I have no money today for the copay. I didn't need one before but suddenly I do? Obviously the dollar is more important than my child's mental stability or my family.
