When I was in my 20s, Jody was involved in a transaction and delayed printing off paperwork for a week or two that held up the entire transfer. Away from H&F Realty. They are short-sided, hot-tempered, & only care about their bottom dollar. Jody participates in the lowest of low business practices. Don’t say you weren’t warned. RUN!!!!! Called about an extremely distressed property at 3800 Old Hickory Blvd and was told by Jody that they don't look to work with investors because they want more money, not less, and then he hung up the phone. Is that the way this company treats potential buyers? Outrageous! By the way, no retail buyer or first-time homeowner would even bat an eye at that property in the condition it's in. They'd need to find an investor for it as that's the only person who can and is willing to salvage a property like that. So, to say that you... read more
As a potential first time home buyer, the agents were extremely helpful and knowledgeable in my search. Once I had found a home and wanted to put an offer, we scheduled an inspection, which the home had several issues the sellers agent didn’t disclose. We decided to not move forward with an offer and I decided I wanted to wait on buying for a while, and they were extremely understanding. They asked to keep in touch for when I’m ready. Definitely will use them again.
