Ruthless, uncompassionate, & untrustworthy, is how you can describe this firm in a nutshell. First of all, I understand bill collectors are doing a specific job, so I'm not totally opposed to having them. Would not return garnishment overpayment!!! Despite dropping off and mailing in proofs of overpayment they kept claiming that they never received anything. They want you to be tired and forget the overpayment and move on. They know that it'd cost you more to retain legal counsel and go after them. Laws only apply to us "plebs", while these leeches and parasites continue to operate and stealing money from decent working people without any consequences. I don't think this is owned by legitimate attorneys. They have no email address, they keep the doors locked. They are the slumlords of collections. The office manager is a horrible person. People get into situations in their life that unfortunately lands them at this office. These people are scum and really should be ashamed of what they represent. $20 is $20 right?

Very convenient that this office is closed on a Saturday with no voicemail capability, yet they can interrupt the hard working "common" people on their much deserved, few and far-between, days off with a visit from the sheriff's office to serve them a civil summons from an inadequate, poorly ran, and quite frankly dangerous "hospital." These people are coming after my family ,we are poor. We are not bad people but this lawfirm is evil. What they are doing is illegal. The state is allowing them to operate unlawfully. Where is the voice of reason? The receptionists are even evil. They want our home for one unpaid medical bill.

I have never spoken to a more rude and hateful person in my life. Very unpleasant. If I could give 0 stars I would . I understand collecting money for debts... but I also understand compassion. Not sure these folks have any. Especially the person answering the phone..
