Drove 1hr to pick up basic service parts which they didn’t have in stock, said they will contact me on the following Monday to give me prices and confirm the order. (Was just an impeller kit and oils) heard nothing so I called them on the following Wednesday and they had no idea what I was taking about, they then said they will get the parts in (again) and call me when the parts are in. It’s now been 3 weeks and haven’t heard back from them, not sure how they are still in business.
Recently purchased a new boat. Took it here for a service and left with issues! Boat was running fine before hand, took it out the following weekend after its service and it constantly lost power. Called George and told him the situation, that it’s lagging. He couldn’t fit me in all of a sudden, couldn’t even give me a date…great way to treat your customers. Very impressive with there friendly service
I went to hodge Marine at this location on 3/12/24 as far as customer service there wasn't any. The bloke was rude didn't me with anything it was a waste of my time and petrol think twice before going there?
