I have worked at a few warehouses and I've never been as impressed as I was today. All of the employees are nice and I enjoyed interacting with them. The system is old school though which isn't a bad thing, I was just used to doing everything from a computer. All in all I'm excited to work here. They pay could be better but I felt right at home today!

Came from a temp agency, wasn’t given a warning by Hodell Natco. The manager was Paul with a strange sense of humor. Supervisor was Daja who has her entire family working there. The company treats the Puerto ricans with such care, I can not say the same for the black and white employees. I was being HARASSED by Daja about production but was not given solid answers on how or what to do to speed up. I did not agree with her leadership. It was misleading.
