Bought a bed for my son through walmart for Christmas. It was the Hodedah Twin-Size Captain Bed with 3-Drawers and Headboard in Cherry. We went to go put the bed up, and we are missing 3 of the Drawer Slide B, 6 pieces missing (1C, 2D, 1F, 1G, 1M,), 3 extra of Right Drawer Panels, and 3 extra Drawer Base Supporting Panels (3 of the pieces are three different colors. Trash company. Ordered a bed frame and it was missing NINE pieces, all of which are required for the drawers. Contacted support and was basically told "sorry, those parts are out of stock. Contact the retailer". Meanwhile, I can still order said bedframe from the retailer. Terrible customer service. Terrible company. Never again.
Worst packing material I’ve ever seen. Took an hour of vacuuming to get up all the time plastic pellets. Terrible instructions that led me to make two critical mistakes. Door hinges that easily broke. I won’t order from this company again.

Despite a product being guaranteed for a full year, the items I ordered was discontinued and the warranty was not honored. I have been in contact with the customer service department for 2 months to be told they cannot offer any solution. I now have a product that was given as a gift that cannot be used in its current state. Extremely disappointed and beware that their warranty means nothing. Would give 0 stars if possible.
