I was absolutely terrified of the dentist. However this surgery is amazing. I first went in January and the receptionist Louise was brilliant and very helpful and put my mind at rest. I’ve had quite a bit of work done since but every time I’ve been they’ve always looked after me. I would like to thank dr hamza khan for everything he’s done for me he’s a diamond also nurse Allanah & not forgetting Louise thanks 4 everything
Dr. Shah has been amazing! She genuinely cares for her patients and eases their worries. I have a big day coming up this year and I wasn't confident about my smile. Dr. Shah went above and beyond to restore my confidence. She also has an excellent bedside manner!
The front of house staff are very friendly and helpful, Always get updates about appointments, there is no bother if you have to change your appointment. Everywhere is clean, the dentists, the hygienists and the dental nurses are attentive, explain what is going to happen and explore options with you. I am very happy with the service that they provide at Hoddesdon Dental Surgery. Many thanks Peter
