After moving multiple times & tired of trying to find a good professional to work on our house I finally found HOCOA and tried their service while living in Virginia. Once again we were moving back to the San Diego area and needed to get our home painted. We called HOCOA & told them we would like 3 estimates for the exterior painting of our home. It has been two years using HOCOA for our seven units in Oceanside that we manage from Palm Spring. They have made it so much easier by introducing us to hard working, honest, and reliable contractors. We use to have an issue in finding contractors that would be willing to work on our rental units and actually show up but since we have started using HOCOA that issue has diminished.
