Buyer Beware! We trusted Bill Rainford, his brother and the rest of his team with our gut renovation. We were extremely disappointed with the workmanship and the professionalism of most of his team. Ultimately, Bill Rainford abandoned the job and we have been forced to hire a new plumber and a new electrician to fix the work that he REFUSED to fix after multiple requests. We paid him about 90% of the already very expensive contract when maybe 70% of the work was complete. Needless to say we are in the hole as far as money go... read more
