I sent emails and left several messages and no response. I finally got a very pleasant woman to answer the phone but when I asked about parking and storing my RV she couldn’t answer my inquiry and said, she would have to ask the guy who organized the parking outside and would phone me back that afternoon. 3 days later no return call?! Not impressed. I did find storage elsewhere.
Staff super friendly. Impressed with the help given when backing up the trailer. After four failed attempts, Brandon took over and back it in like a champ. Would highly recommend this place to friends and family
Excellent facility! Clean and secure. Owners are extremely helpful and professional. Very affordable. I would highly recommend Hockley Valley Storage!
