Elise had filed a VCAT application on our behalf as she was managing the property at the time. Poorly constructed and flawed. As if this was her first time. We are now out of pocket as a result. I emailed the director Sophorn with my concerns, yet to hear back. Don’t waste your time, go elsewhere where they know what they are doing.
Absolutely horrible experience with Elise in particular. I raised several concerns and decided to move to another organisation at the end of the period 3 weeks away. Elise decided it was a professional move to cease all services effective immediately as she was unhappy and disagreed with my concerns, and made it clear that she was "disappointed" in my concerns.
