Hocking Property are excellent. Justin worked tirelessly for us: from the initial scoping conversation (when he helped us figure out what we actually wanted!) to the myriad intermediate steps - narrowing down to the best available properties, performing initial inspections and estimates of their value - all the way to negotiating price and terms of sale and after-sales follow-up and care. The result is a gorgeous home for our family. We could not have done this without Justin and Chris - what a great team!
