This guy goes above and beyond!!!! Never a bad choice if you desire quality
I write this review with a heavy heart. I worked with Jacob for many years exclusively until last week. After hearing a magical story from his office worker, I called Navien customer service (hot water tank company) to confirm and was informed my plumber was lying and taken advantage of me. I thought Jacob was a trusted friend and its upsetting/disappointing he would lie and ultimately steal from me for YEARS. Along the way this company has no shown multiple appointments and generally had poor communication and follow threw.... read more
