I called trying to cancel an order I placed, and it took over two weeks of me calling several times to get the order cancelled. They said they would call me back several times and never did and never called letting me know when it was finally cancelled .
I wanted to get a Dylan Larkin jersey during their Black Friday sale for 30% off. I called ahead, but they didn't have any Larkin jerseys in stock. They offered to custom make me one for the 30% off price. I was told it would be ready in about 3 weeks, and they would call me to pick it up. So I was pleasantly surprised when the jersey arrived at my house, shipped for no additional cost, in just over a week! Awesome service!
We love going here. It's a long drive, but worth it if you're a fan! #IMTH
