Super attitudes and super conditioning for my son who is only 11 years old. Always accommodating and very flexible. This is awesome because as we all know sometimes schedules change at the last minute. Mike always has a smile and a positive attitude. My son looks forward to his workout sessions because they are fun but yet effective :)
This place is beyond amazing! They have really helped me out in every way such as keeping my mind positive and giving me a great workout. Mike and Shane have a big heart and treat you like family.
Carefree Livin' is a great place to workout. They are wonderful people and create a comfortable atmosphere for everyone to make their fitness goals a reality.
As someone who has worked out for many years, and has joined many different gyms, this place is different from the rest. It’s more than a gym or a trainer or a workout. It’s people who encourage you to become a better version of yourself physically and mentally. The workouts are fun yet challenging for all fitness levels.
