100% recommend Hochstatter's! Installed 3 mini splits for us. The building is old and gave them some troubles, but Clint and his helper kept at it and with a positive attitude. Always courteous and professional. Made sure everything esthetics wise was to our liking. They truly did a great job! Don't hesitate calling them, they will do a great job for you as well!
Not a good experience and the office girl Rebecca should not be working with the public.
My furnace stopped working and these guys helped me to self troubleshoot it over the phone. They then ordered the piece I needed and were willing to explain how to install it as well as testing the transformer that connected to the board. Very friendly and professional and willing to meet you where you're at and provide you with all the options available. Can't recommend them enough!
