I contacted the company with a downed ac unit. Their receptionist (Becca) was very helpful. She elaborated that she wasn't a tech but was able to diagnose my system over the phone. They sent in a tech (Dan) whom was very helpful and had me back up within 20 minutes. I can't elaborate enough how helpful these two were and how much I appreciate their attentiveness.
Hochstatter Electric has done several different projects for us over the years. Each job was done perfect. There is a reason they’ve been in business for so many years!
Omg so rude. Stepped all over my kids' foam play mat when there was clearly enough room to GO AROUND. Then installed a heating system which got louder and looser and now 1 of 3 screws is holding it. Ridiculous.
