I have been working with this firm for over 5 years, they were great before being bought by larger firm (Sikich) now they do not care about their small business customers. Ive been over billed for business tax services last few years, as of August still have not received personal returns, they have poor communication, slow to no response, high bill rates, no detailed billing.
The receptionist isn't so nice
