So, I called basically to ask a few questions encase BWC denied a recent claim. Because if BWC denies it you only have 14 days to appeal it. I wanted to be ready encase. And I think it was Plunkett himself who just came on the line and said we don-t deal with people who are swishy washy about going after their employer. I wasn't even trying to go after employer I just wanted to figure out what to do if the BWC denied my claim!! He came on the phone for 10 seconds and was Very Rude!! I'd never use him!!
