I had my insurance with this company for one year, then my renewal came up and it more than doubled my previous rate.Ive never had any claims ,ever on my home.Ipaid almost 800.00 for 63 days of coverage, until my agent found another reasonable company to go with, and Hocheim kept all my money ,except 36.00.I hope this scamming company calls flat on their ASS.Beware folks.Run from them FAST.
We have a new claim for hail and wind damage to our roof. Very disappointed with their customer service so far. Will not take our word for when roof damage occurred and ordering weather reports which I think they will try and use to deny my claim. Wish I had checked their reviews before I obtained their coverage!
We filed a roof claim back in August of 2017 with Hochheim Prairie Insurance. The insurance eventually sent a small check to begin the repair. I did not begin the repairs as shortly after the check arrived, I became unemployed and was not financially ready to move forward. I then filed the check and paperwork away. I have had my home and auto listed with this company for many years. Filed a claim for property damage on my home owners policy and am still fighting with them. People pay for insurance so it is there when they need it. This company is happy to take your money but they sure do not want to cover any claim and they will come up with ridiculous excuses to keep from it! Save the headache and go with a better insurance company .
