Let's start with reception because that's where the service starts. It is a 10 stae rating for receptionist Jessica. Kind, helpful and professional, what a receptionist should be. Well done and I haven't come across a better receptionist in a long time in any business. Secondly doctors and nurses- nothing short of amazing. Highly recommended overall

I have been coming to this endoscopy centre for over 12 years and i have always found the staff from reception to the behind the scene staff amazing. Including the doctors. Last week a referral was sent off for my 80 year old mother and I was told I would get an appointment date and time within 48 hours. ( Now i know that i need to wait a few weeks for the procedures to go ahead).I called on Thursday 17th of November 2022 only to be told I would get a call back by the end of the afternoon as receptionist was on "her own". Very poor experience. The team here kept on changing my husband’s appointment. And when we have arrived on their “updated” time, they let us wait for an hour. Then my husband got called, and they still let him wait inside for almost an hour again. The $500 fee they were asking upfront were quick but their process and time management is very poor and inefficient. We have been very patient but this has been unacceptable. 2 hours of wait time before admission, what a joke.

All the staff, including admin, nurses, and doctors were lovely. I had a very stress free and positive experience at this clinic, and would definitely come here in the future!
