Receptionist needs to be fired
One of the doctors I trusted revealed sensitive information to my parents that I’d have rather kept between me and the doctor and frankly I couldn’t be more frustrated.
Dr. Lilli is one of the nicest Doctors I've ever consulted with, lovely lady. Would Highly Recommend her. Calm, Friendly and listens to you respectfully.
Horrible service from reception. Delay telehealth appointment twice (to refill prescription) & blame patient for not being on top on it.
Doctors are lovely, honestly it's the only reason why I keep coming back here... but receptionist I had on the phone today was very terse and rude. Imagine asking to book something and you're told in a condescending voice, "Uhh we're a medical centre not a pathology clinic"... even though you have been there for a blood test before.
