I just read a review that was critical of Dr O’Shea, I don’t think it could be further from the truth. She’s the best doctor I’ve had by far, and her colleagues are just as good. There’s a reason why it’s hard to get an appointment. Reception has copped a bit in the reviews too, there’s probably some room to grow there, maybe a little blunt at times but nothing world ending.
Dr Sam Fung is very good. He has helped me through a long investigation into my health, leaving no page unturned. He provides very comprehensive health advice and knowledge, and is very personable and friendly as well.
I've been coming to this practice for 6 years and have never been disappointed with the service i have gotten. Always greeted like a friend and never felt like I was not taken seriously.
Lovely doctors who are extremely kind and caring but unfortunately front desk staff are rude, condescending , miserable, unhelpful and very hard to speak to. For a lot of people including myself, there’s already anxiety attending a practice, to then have front staff who look and treat you like an inconvenience is very horrible.
