I called Jupps Carpets for a quote and Kurt came directly to my house, which was half an hour away, measured up and I had the quote within that day. A week later the carpet was laid by Todd who did a great job. Thanks guys for a professional quality experience.
Recently we had our entire flooring replaced with a floating synthetic timber product following a leak in the kitchen which ruined the old flooring. Initially our dealings with Carpet Court were good, a chap, who turned out to be the franchisee, came out and measure up and we paid a 50% deposit. When the time came for the install we were told to have everything out of the house and the old floor away on a given day.
