Do not recommend this business, you will not get any after sales service from Rob who is extremely rude and unhelpful. We have had a whole house fitted with window and floor coverings. The track on one of the unishade blinds failed within a week of installation and was reluctantly replaced. six months later has failed again. Carpet Court refuse to come out to repair track, said for us to bring track in, track is over 3.2m long won’t fit in vehicle, Rob said don’t care, not coming out to fix. I called Jupps Carpets for a quote and Kurt came directly to my house, which was half an hour away, measured up and I had the quote within that day. A week later the carpet was laid by Todd who did a great job. Thanks guys for a professional quality experience.
Recently we had our entire flooring replaced with a floating synthetic timber product following a leak in the kitchen which ruined the old flooring. Initially our dealings with Carpet Court were good, a chap, who turned out to be the franchisee, came out and measure up and we paid a 50% deposit. When the time came for the install we were told to have everything out of the house and the old floor away on a given day.
