I saw Benjamin for a number of sessions after a flare up of an old knee injury. I went from thinking I would be unable to run without pain to now running 10+km and counting! Ben was excellent, knowledgeable and helped me surpass my goal... hoping for a half marathon in the future!. Thank you Ben for your perseverance and help. I would recommend to any runner.
