They did a good job. Little pricy
Completely misdiagnosed truck and said I needed to replace my transmission at the cost of $11,600 and it turned out that it was front brake calipers just locking up. This is a fix that is $400 or less to repair. I feel like you should be able to tell the difference between a transmission and brakes. Especially if you have certified technicians or so, you say. Took my wife’s Chrysler van in for a problem with the passenger side door and window. The window was locked in a half way down position and the sliding door didn’t work remotely. They managed to get the window up,Thank you for that. I was Then quoted a price of approximately 1300.00 dollars for the wiring harness in the door, same harness in Rock auto is approximately 137.00.dollars incredible difference. Ram 1500 Laramie 2021 was under warranty. Had the large center console GPS loosing its mind. JR and the folks at Hobson were top notch. Had me repaired and onthe road in Friday to Monday time frame. Fantastic service. Highly recommended!
