The staff was very friendly and patient. Even though I had made a purchase, the day we were supposed to close the deal I had to take my wife to the hospital. I called and told Nyles what had happened and he expressed to myself that he had things wrapped up on his end and not to worry about the closing, just take care of my situation. 2 days later we were able to close the deal and we’re very happy with our vehicle.
My experience with the service center at Hobson was great! JR was so polite and kind to me and made the experience a good one.
Great service. I previously had quit going there to get oil changes. Due to the manager, I left one dealership due to him. But now the management and staff are top notch. And I always use the service department there. They are doing a great job
Skilled labor is not cheap. Cheap labor is not skilled. They did a great job. Very professional
