Been here a couple of times for a procedure and both times service has been fantastic. Facilities are great. Dr Jason Winnett is a true professional, one of the best doctors around. Also special call out to Vania from the admissions team whom pleasantly sorted out my insurance claim issue quickly. Thanks heaps team!
Best experience i have had in a hospital. The people listen to you and wen they heard i am type 2 diabetic they had me first on the list telling me that they do them usually first so they can then eat something. My appt was for a gastroscopy procedure so no breakfast. Understood. I felt listened to. I was treated with such care and everything explained before and during till I fell asleep then again after I woke up. Here's how you can receive a 5 star experience from Hobson health as I did! Follow all preparation instructions exactly as they say. Show up for your arrival time as stated in the txt, don't be early, don't be late. I was 30mins early and sure enough I was watching the waiting room TV until my appointed arrival time. That's it! Today, I successfully underwent two procedures, thanks to the exceptional care provided by the staff. The doctor's professionalism and bedside manner were outstanding. I was particularly impressed with the anesthesiologist, who addressed my fears with reassurance, understanding, and empathy.
