Took my car here because I was out of town and couldn’t get it started / jumped. I thought it was the starter. They said they could take a look at it. However, I didn’t hear back from them for 10 days. Once I finally heard back, I just got a voicemail that said my car was ready. I called back and they said it was a battery replacement and it was going to be $400… I was frustrated because they did not call to let me know the issue or the price.
