Both Mom and i saw Dr Haiada today and it was so refreshing to have a doctor who would spend time with you and listen to your problems even if they were more than one but interrelated. She was brilliant. Unlike Dr Malik, who is far to abrupt, and has no empathy and doesn't want to take time to see the whole picture. Update 2024. Still no better 5 years later. This is what’ll happen when you call at 8:30am. You’ll press 1 to the pre recorded message to listen to another message that’ll tell you they are too busy. You’ll be told to call back later. The call will drop automatically. You won’t get an appointment. There’s a blatant failure of management here. Someone from central govt needs to give this surgery a kick up the arse. Don’t be patient here if you care for your health.

The parking on the pavement outside this surgery is disgusting, no one can walk past safely without stepping into the road. My sister uses a mobility scooter and can't get past , something needs sorting out . It has been reported to the council and the police now .

I have tried several times to get an appointment and failed. The receptionist explained the appointments were all booked and that I have to ring up in the day. I work in a schoolroom 8-4 That's impossible throughout the day to do. I went in today as I kind of need to see a doctor as something happened several times which has scared me. I was told by the receptionist the doctor was going to be a long time with a patient. Im sure i actually saw him leave. The waiting room had rows and rows of empty seats. There was just me.
