Was desperate today due to health issues , sarah at the reception was kind and patient, she made sure I had the appointment with the right doctor and was very supportive. A five star service ! Thank you Sarah .

I would like to thank Dr Malde for his prompt treatment for me with a suspect lump that had appeared. I was very worried and he sent me through the cancer 2 week pathway. I had ultrasound, MRI and biopsy taken within two weeks. The consultant and nursing staff at The Royal Orthopaedic were so impressed with the speed that the GP referred me and said how lucky I was. I have always had very good and prompt treatment from both Dr Malde and Dr Crichton. Thank you Michelle

Recently been seeing Dr Malde and he has been more than helpful, customer focused and respectful. His listened and taken my worries seriously and taken all possible measures to get a diagnosis. There is no going around in circles or back and forth. I would recommend Dr Malde, a breath of fresh air!
