Obstructive staff, impossible to get a appointment, just go to A&E you'll be seen the same day ! Update : recently moved house and so new GP surgery ! What a revelation ! Same day appointments, lovely staff ! Hobs moat surgery my previous GP isn't fit for purpose, should be closed down, best service I had was being shipped off to Richmond road and never an appointment in 3 years available to me at the hobs moat medical centre. Made an appointment to see Dr. 3 weeks before hand.Went with ongoing problem to feet etc.Dr sent me for chest xray and blood tests. No follow up at all. Still suffering with problem and very worried.No appts available!!!
I can not praise Dr Gowda enough, she is a fantastic doctor. Her expertise as a doctor is exceptional, she always takes the time to listen to you. She is always caring and goes above and beyond her role. The only down side is getting an appointment is hard but that’s down to her being so fantastic and lots of people wanting to see her.
Appointment was on time. Dr was friendly and informative
