So sad this place has gone so downhill. We came and had a wonderful time about 10 years ago. Apparently the Town of Saratoga does not want to maintain it anymore. Another review said a toilet was clogged in the women’s restroom a month ago, and it STILL is clogged. The bathroom smelled like urine so bad and half of our group didn’t even feel comfortable getting in the pools after experiencing the bathroom. We were very excited to spend our last day of our vacation relaxing at a hot springs. Worst stop of the whole vacation. All toilets were literally filled, to the top, with crap and toilet paper. There were no doors on the toilets. No shower curtains or walls to take a shower. The hot springs themselves were dangerous - everything was covered in algae. What an awesome place! Multiple pools with various temps, friendly locals, and it's free. The lockers and bathroom/shower areas were pretty run down but working.
I loved it. Clean changing rooms. They've seen some wear and tear, but were clean. The hot springs are nice with young and old enjoying the healing powers of the natural earth.
