Nope. I've seen cleaner, better maintained vault toilets. Just all around poor basic maintenance. City needs to put some money into its facility, which could be really nice. Pool looked good but was closed on a Monday.
Natural hot springs, and runs a bit hotter than most others, but very clean and well kept!
