I am writing to report a serious safety incident that occurred this evening. I was exiting a school bus that had stopped with its amber lights activated and the stop sign extended. While the bus was fully stopped, an employee driving a white pickup truck proceeded to go around the bus, nearly striking me as I crossed. The worst! Renovation work takes forever. They employ folks literally off the street who have no clue about construction work or any other kind of work.
