Had warranty work done. Cameron my service advisor was excellent explaining what was being done and time frames. Work done on time and they also ride shared me home and picked me up. Only thing they could improve is the interior floor and door panels were dirty with white foot prints from mechanics.

Just got my truck back after getting the E torque replaced was told eight weeks. It was done in two and they gave me a brand new ram 2500 as a loaner. Everything was perfect.

Mario was awesome! I bought my truck a year ago and had to have some warranty work done which was prompt and done properly. Every question that I’ve had I have brought to Mario and he has answered and made me feel very good with the outcome. Thank you, Mario for making my experience with the service center such a good experience.

Had an appointment and they were an hour late even starting on my truck. What’s the point of appointments if not going to start close to on time. Once started they were fairly quick.
