Just got my truck back after getting the E torque replaced was told eight weeks. It was done in two and they gave me a brand new ram 2500 as a loaner. Everything was perfect.

Mario was awesome! I bought my truck a year ago and had to have some warranty work done which was prompt and done properly. Every question that I’ve had I have brought to Mario and he has answered and made me feel very good with the outcome. Thank you, Mario for making my experience with the service center such a good experience.
Had an appointment and they were an hour late even starting on my truck. What’s the point of appointments if not going to start close to on time. Once started they were fairly quick.
I never give bad reviews but in my opinion this one was earned. I bought a truck with Hoblit 5 years ago and asked for it to be checked and do a full service on it before going on a trip with my family. Mario was the guy I dealt with and who the story is about. I was told it was all done and they worked on it for “hours and hours.” He didn’t know that I have a monitoring device in my truck that tells me when it’s turned on and it’s every move.
