Good helpful staff. Reasonable pricing
Mario was awesome! I bought my truck a year ago and had to have some warranty work done which was prompt and done properly. Every question that I’ve had I have brought to Mario and he has answered and made me feel very good with the outcome. Thank you, Mario for making my experience with the service center such a good experience.
Had an appointment and they were an hour late even starting on my truck. What’s the point of appointments if not going to start close to on time. Once started they were fairly quick.
I never give bad reviews but in my opinion this one was earned. I bought a truck with Hoblit 5 years ago and asked for it to be checked and do a full service on it before going on a trip with my family. Mario was the guy I dealt with and who the story is about. I was told it was all done and they worked on it for “hours and hours.” He didn’t know that I have a monitoring device in my truck that tells me when it’s turned on and it’s every move. Shout out to Mario! I live far closer (walking distance) to another dealership, but when I had some issues, I took the 35 mile drive to Hoblit and I'm glad I did. Nice having a repair shop work for the customer, and not against them like some other area dealerships do (especially on warranty work). Also nice having a service loaner offered to you and not have to fight for one when the work is going to take a few days for parts.
