Used existing plate on my owned vehicle I was keeping to get plate for the car I purchased . This was done without my permission or my presence at the tax office . I want to leave a zero but its not allowed as I was just informed my son has been driving that vehicle for 3 months with an illegal tag.
DO NOT BUY A VEHICLE FROM HIM. I bought a 2013 Vw Jetta TDI from this crook and after spending $3500 and trading my SUV in, I am not able to get the title transferred or register the car at the dmv because Mr Hobgood never gave me a bill of sale, didn’t fill the title out correctly, manipulated the odometer by changing the dash in the car, not telling me till after I bought it not knowing the car had 200,000 miles on it because the odometer read 117,000!
