They are not very thorough and are terrible at communication. It is impossible to get ahold of anyone on the phone. Receptionists just answer questions as briefly as possible and they don't seem to have any compassion for your worries about your pet. My baby girl got sent home after surgery with very little instructions on what to do for her or what to expect and they also gave me no instructions for pre-surgery. I had to get my boy Saban a rabies shot and had been calling around trying to find the best price because I'm on disability and can't afford to pay $200.00. Unfortunately, I had waited too long because my apartment complex sent me a text at 2:00 PM saying that I had to get it done that day or he would have to stay somewhere else. Whole staff was super friendly, and very knowledgeable. Prices were very reasonable. I will be back. I highly recommend this place to any pet owner
I took Marley for his wellness check and shots. Everyone was so nice and competent. He is not the easiest to work on but they were all so patient and took extra time with him.
