7/16/25 I will never use this vet again!! I have used them for year’s and today I got home at 4:30 p.m to observe my blue heeler, pooping blood. I called center star vet and ask them if I could get her there in 5 minute’s would they see her? The receptionist told me yes. So I get her there, walk in tell them who I am and why I’m here (yes she knew who I was from the call) The phone rang so she ignored me and answered it. Always friendly and helpful.
Brought in our resuce kitten to get checked out today and my main complaint is the wait time for a new patient with a scheduled appointment! Appointment was scheduled for 3:40 today and didnt get called back till right at 5 ! Very disappointed that walk-ins come before appointments at this place.
Everyone is always so nice. They truly love the babies that are brought in to them.
