Read their many complaints on the BBB website. I have been waiting to write this review until I had exhausted all means of getting my complaint taken care of. Here we are a year later with nothing. First of all, they are terrible at communicating. After many emails back and forth with Hobert and logging a complaint with the BBB it appears we are stuck with an embarrassing $18000 remodel.
