We had our pool interior resurfaced, and at first the plaster finish had some uneven color and a few rough spots in the smoothness. The pool service team tried a few fixes, but it still was not quite where we wanted it. Jerome came out to upgrade my Omni system, and while he was here I mentioned that my pool had not been cleaning the way it should. Since I have a blue plaster finish, even small areas of dirt are easy to notice. He took the time to inspect the equipment pad, checked the in-floor cleaning system, and found that the main valve for the in-floor filter was turned off, which was keeping debris from being pulled out properly.
