frank came out to figure out why my pool was leaking. he ran several tests and quickly found the spot where the water was escaping. usually, they would give an estimate and then set up another visit to do the repairs, but frank offered to handle the fix right away since he had some extra time. he worked hard the rest of the day to get it done. the leak was under the sidewalk, so it took some effort to reach, but he was able to finish the job by the start of the next business day. very professional and hard-working the whole ... read more
