Started going here a year ago. I was seeing Dr Nicholson. She felt I needed an nuclear stress test due to my EKG. I was shocked at the amount of people(23) we watched come into the office and complain about being over charged. Every issue was the patients problem. I ran into the same problem. Was told my procedure would be a little over 300, then received a bill for 1300+.I had checked with my insurance first and told approximately 300. I have finally had enough, and will never be going back. I have been a patient for the past 4 or 5 years, and in that time have made 10 or more office visits. I have only seen Dr. Hobdari once during that entire time, on every other occasion I was seen by several different PAs, with the result that none of them was familiar with me or my history. I’ve been a patient at Hobdari for several years. I’ve been fortunate that, until recently, I’ve not needed significant health care beyond the annual physical, blood work, etc. so I’ve neither complained nor raved about my experiences with them. But I’ve never felt as if I had a doctor there who actually knows me. In comparison, I typically only visit my gynecologist once a year and he knows who I am. The staff is rude & dollar is bottom line at this doctor’s office. Went to them for many years, but patients are just a number in their eyes.
