Where did it go? I wanted to go back and it's gone! I loved the store. I planned on sinking a large amount of future capital into it.
The people and how you are treated
Very helpful when I was spending money. When I tried to return the helicopter that was way over-priced and quite honestly a p.o.s. 2 days later, he looked over it for about 5 minutes also flying it.. he then refused to return it because the batteries that go in the remote weren't in the plastic. Then proceeded to speak to me like a condescending prick. Horrible customer service. Surprised they are still in business. I won't return to that store.
The owner cris is a prick. they send out 10.00 coupon a when used he told me that I riped him off. calling me a theith.he does not like to fix problems with defectice products .don't go there they are overpriced.. GO TO VORTEX HOBBIES, OR WEST VALLEY HOBBIES THEY LIKE THERE CUSTUMERS.UN LIKE THIS JERK.... HOPE THE GO OUT OF BUSNISS
Best shop in the valley, great product, friendly service. Highly recommend over the other stuffy shops in the valley.
